I have posted about this on our old forum so I thought I would do the same here.
I hope this post on ER-forum has not passed you by:

To keep it short and simple; a council has been formed to promote RP on ER. They seek one representative from each RP-guild to be the voice of that guild. Mangohran is our Council Member GR, meaning guild representative.
Anyone of us can register on the forum for this council and take part of information and also debate and discuss. The only thing that only the representative will do is cast the vote and be "the voice of the guild".
